About the Role
As a Tesla Advisor, you are the face of Tesla — our brand ambassador and customer experience champion. You will deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to every customer who walks into our showroom. From introducing Tesla’s revolutionary products to creating meaningful, lasting relationships with customers, you’ll play a crucial role in advancing Tesla’s mission.
This position is open in both Mumbai and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in guests warmly and promptly, ensuring every visitor feels welcome.
- Drive business growth by delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating deep product knowledge.
- Educate and excite customers about Tesla’s products, services, and mission.
- Create detailed Customer Profiles to understand intent, interests, and purchase timelines.
- Schedule and manage Test Drives for qualified leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Implement operational policies and ensure alignment with Tesla’s goals and values.
- Stay informed on local EV incentives and communicate them effectively to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales and delivery experience.
- Maintain store standards for presentation, merchandising, and operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail roles.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about sustainable mobility.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ethical and customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to learn and articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Must be a team player with strong reliability and accountability.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (mandatory).
