As part of our Digital Enterprise Sales (DES) team, you will support customers in identifying and achieving business goals through digital engagement and partner co-selling. We are looking for passionate and credible specialist sellers to develop and win strategic opportunities delivering AI Workforce thought leadership, customer value, and transformational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement
- Engage and enable customers and decision-makers through connected, data-driven sales excellence.
- Deliver customer satisfaction through best-in-class digital engagement.
• Sales Execution
- Drive and qualify new opportunities; collaborate with partners to develop pilots and build pipeline.
- Identify customer readiness and implement strategies to accelerate deal closure.
- Maintain strong close plans and coach junior team members on execution.
• Scaling and Collaboration
- Navigate Microsoft’s ecosystem to bring the best impact to customers.
- Develop joint proposals with partners and contribute to partnership strategies.
- Prioritize customer engagement while optimizing business growth and collaboration.
• Technical Expertise
- Lead Modern Workplace solution demos aligning with customer business and technical goals.
- Share competitor knowledge across solution areas to drive informed strategies.
- Mentor peers, initiate customer events, and collaborate on competitive analysis.
• Teamwork & Collaboration
- Partner with account teams and technical specialists to identify business opportunities.
- Apply orchestration models to drive deal closures and expand relationships.
- Build relationships with leadership, ensuring alignment and execution across teams.
Qualifications
• Required Experience
- 3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
- Experience in technology-related sales or account management.
• Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- OR Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or related field.
• Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High performer with a growth mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, productivity, and security technologies.
- Technical certifications (preferred):
- MS-900 (M365 Fundamentals)
- SC-900 (Security & Compliance Fundamentals)
