About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Enablement Operations Intern who wants to work at the heart of where great salespeople are made.

You’ll be part of the team that helps our sales rockstars — the toughest, sharpest minds in the business — become even better at their craft.

Your work will directly fuel their growth. You’ll help design the systems, routines, and insights that make enablement programs run like clockwork — from training sessions to performance reviews, from call recordings to coaching feedback loops.

In short, you’ll be the quiet force behind every rep who sells better, learns faster, and wins more.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate enablement sessions, learning programs, and internal workshops.
• Manage call recordings, transcripts, notes, and feedback tracking.
• Maintain dashboards highlighting performance trends and learning impact.
• Organize playbooks, templates, and content libraries for easy access.
• Support live workshops through polls, coordination, and chat moderation.
• Document action items and follow-ups, ensuring operational excellence.
