About the Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital growth, paid media, and analytics. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, working closely with the creative and analytics teams to drive performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to maximize campaign performance.
Creative Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements in design, messaging, and CTAs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Deliver actionable, data-backed reports to stakeholders.
Insights & Optimization
- Derive key insights from campaign data to refine strategy.
- Experiment with new formats, objectives, and bidding techniques.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Data Studio, Meta Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative approach to ad strategy and audience targeting.
